A few months ago, service providers raised the rate for individual text messages from $.10 to $.20.  At that rate, why not buy an unlimited plan?  It seems like everyone text messages.  My parents both text me on a daily basis…I even, on occasion, get a text from my 86-year-old grandmother.

I think my unlimited text plan is only $10 a month.  I think the 500 message plan would be around $7 anyways.  At this point with cell phones…isn’t it time to take the unlimited plunge?

A group of first-year girls at UVA have created a short, fun, flash-mob style dance party held on-grounds every Wednesday night.  The parties have been hosted once a week for past month and the party gets bigger every week! 

Come to the next Dance Party and you’ll be guaranteed a great time, lots of Red Bull and a nice 20-minute break from studying.

Public groups are really good for events, venues or bands, who don’t need people to respond to their blasts.

Flash mobs are taking over the world!  It seems like every week we hear about a new really funny group trying out the flash mob phenomenon with success.

A student at Grand Rapids Community College organized a huge pillow fight last week and over 3,000 people showed up! Random flash mobs have been happening all over the world and we think it’s hilarious.

Blastogo would be perfect for a Cville flash mob group!  All you need to do is send out one Blastogo text to everyone involved to have a great mob.
